Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative will be expected to stimulate census growth, build relationships with current and potential referral sources by educating the referral community on the benefits of the facility’s programs, research new business opportunities, attract new clients, and penetrate new markets.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of facility programming and clinical practice
- Increase admissions through educating the referral community
- Maintain accuracy and up to date status of CRM
- Qualifies leads and maintains a collaborative working relationship with
- Admissions Department to ensure consistent delivery of service
- Cultivates new referral relationships for facility
- Develop and maintain key business development accounts and respond to all business development opportunities
- Further the goals and professional image of the facility as acting as a major link between the facility, referral sources, and general public
