If You Need Help Right Now
Red Top Wellness Center is a residential treatment facility, not an emergency service.
If you or someone with you is in immediate danger, call 911. If you’re in crisis and want to talk with someone now, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, which is staffed 24 hours a day.
Once the immediate situation is stable, our admissions team can talk with you about longer-term treatment.
What Happens When You Call
One of our admissions representatives will answer your call and get to know your situation a little better. We’ll ask about your symptoms, what you’ve tried before, and what you’re hoping treatment will help you achieve.
If you have your insurance card nearby, we can start verifying your benefits on the same call. We contact your insurance provider directly, confirm your coverage, and call you back to break down the financial information for you. If it all sounds good, we’ll schedule an arrival date that works for you.
The conversation is confidential, and nothing you say on the phone obligates you to admit.

Many people who reach out to us are family members looking into options for someone they love. Our team can explain what residential treatment involves, what our program includes, and what the admissions process would look like for the person you’re calling about.

Our campus is just outside Cartersville, Georgia, near Red Top Mountain State Park. We’re located roughly 45 minutes north of Atlanta by car, but we serve people from all over the greater Atlanta area and even from out-of-state.
