Anthony believes that leadership starts with setting a strong example for his team and prioritizing actions over words. He takes a non-judgemental approach to mental health treatment and aims to meet each person where they are. To Anthony, this means putting in the work to build real relationships with each resident.
As a Lead Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at Red Top Wellness Center, Anthony provides direct, day-to-day care and follows residents’ treatment plans to ensure they’re receiving the best care possible.
Anthony is a big fan of sports and spends his free time following baseball and football. He roots for the San Diego Padres and the Los Angeles Chargers.
