Rylee Moss, APC
Primary Therapist
Rylee fell in love with helping people when she took her first psychology class in high school. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed.) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University, where she also swam competitively for three years.
She has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults from a range of backgrounds. Rylee works eclectically, meaning she customizes her treatment approach to meet each individual’s unique needs by combining different therapies. She draws primarily on person-centered therapies, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy (SFT), depending on what a resident responds to.
When Rylee is not at work, she’s likely spending time with family, friends, her roommate, or her dog. She enjoys watching football (Go Dawgs!) and exercising in her free time.
